Latin Junction – Creative Director: Becky Lee

Latin Junction is proud to announce the appointment of the highly talented Becky Lee as the Creative Director for Latin Junction!

Becky Lee is one of Australia’s leading female salsa dance instructors and performers, with experience and recognition both nationally and internationally. Becky Lee is no stranger to the dance community, she has grown up living and breathing dance and been a teacher and mentor to thousands of dancers in Sydney over the past 15 years, as well as a professional judge on the competition circuit in Australia and an industry leader of the Latin Dance community.

Becky Lee is also the Director of Altitude Dance and has previously been Co-director of Salsa Suave and Creative Director of Latin Motion. “Having worked with us for the last 2 years Becky has been instrumental in the success of our school and her contribution to the art, to the students and to myself has been whole hearted and consistent” says Felix Ben, founder and director of Latin Junction.

“The appointment is a recognition of Becky’s contribution to our business already and we look forward to Becky’s continued stewardship as our choreographer, instructor trainer and lead female salsa instructor. Her ethos and moto fits perfectly with the Latin Junction value system making dancing accessible to everyone, believing that everyone is teachable, and having that rare skill of master dancer and instructor.”

Becky says, “I am very excited to be appointed as the Creative Director at Latin Junction, I view Felix’s passion and belief in what Latin Junction does as something very unique and I can’t wait to continue to work together and do amazing things. My passion for teaching as well as my love of salsa music and dance is what drives me and I plan to continue to share this message with our community of wonderful students”

“Latin Junction is truly a tribe of people learning, living and loving the salsa life”.
